Writing a reverse outline helped me because it made me look closely at what each paragraph in my essay was actually doing. Examining each paragraph after drafting to determine its main point, how it connects to the thesis, and whether it follows a logical progression. Since my topic involves two major areas, mental well-being and academic performance, the reverse outline showed me whether I was balancing them or focusing too heavily on one. It also helped me notice where I repeated ideas or where I needed clearer explanations of my sources, and refine the connections between paragraphs. It’s a good method to make sure each paragraph connects directly to my main argument about cyberbullying’s impact and that the flow makes sense to the reader. A reverse outline strengthened my paper by improving clarity, balance, and organization. I can see myself using reverse outlining in the future when I’m working on longer research papers or whenever my ideas start to feel unorganized.
